-18° C butter blocks reworking: The BPR 380 MAX solution for frozen butter blocks, capacity up to 5 000 kg/h. Butter blocks are first crushed and reduced to small pieces by the BPR 380 MAX crushing tank. Then, our PM 200 Pin Mixer will homogenize and texture the butter.

The BPR 380 MAX: this line is designed to rework 25 kg butter blocks, from -18° C, without unfreezing or previous cutting. Compact and modular, our reworking solution combines performance and respect for the finished product.

Output flexibility: butter capacity from 1 500 kg/h
