The 1 BLOW 4XL is a high-performance linear PET stretch-blow moulding machine developed for manufacturers looking for increased production capacity for large-format bottles, without compromising flexibility or efficiency. Designed to produce PET and rPET bottles from 50 ml to 12 litres, it combines a compact footprint with advanced all-electric technology, delivering high productivity, excellent bottle quality and controlled operating costs.

The 4XL can produce round, square, oval and Hot Fill bottles, with an optional Neck Orientation system for precise bottle positioning. It also enables the production of SureGrip® bottles with integrated moulded handles, providing an innovative solution for large-format packaging. Thanks to its high production flexibility, the machine is suitable for a wide range of applications, including water, soft drinks, juices, teas, condiments, household cleaning products and automotive products.

The 4XL features the new J Transfer preform transfer system, an innovative technology designed to optimize the machine footprint thanks to magnetic drives, while improving operator accessibility and production flexibility. The machine can also accommodate existing 1 BLOW 2XL blow moulds, providing customers with greater flexibility and enabling them to maximize the value of their existing equipment.

With outputs of up to 6,000 bottles per hour, the 4XL provides a high-performance and cost-effective solution for large-volume PET bottle production. Its fully electric technology, high-pressure air recovery system and optimized infrared heating contribute to reduced energy and compressed-air consumption, while simplifying maintenance and ensuring reliable operation.
